Individual paint therapy
A private, supportive setting to explore stress, transitions, grief, burnout, or simply the desire to reconnect with yourself.
Paint therapy (art therapy) is not about “being good at art”. It’s a gentle way to explore feelings, reduce stress, and find new inner clarity—through colors, shapes, and guided creative process.
If you’re unsure, you can simply send a message. No pressure.
Simple options, gentle guidance. We’ll choose what fits your needs and your pace.
A private, supportive setting to explore stress, transitions, grief, burnout, or simply the desire to reconnect with yourself.
Guided themes (calm, boundaries, resilience, self-compassion). Great for beginners. No art experience needed.
For creative blocks, motivation, or people who want a structured painting practice with reflection—not classic “therapy”.
People relax faster when they know who they’re meeting. Keep this warm and real.
I’m a paint therapist based in Bern. I work with people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about what creativity can unlock.
My approach is gentle and practical: we paint, we slow down, and we notice what appears— without judgment. You do not need talent. You only need permission to begin.
Training / Background: [Add credentials, method, and a short line on your values.]
A simple, transparent process helps people feel safe before they even arrive.
We take a moment to settle in. Tea/water, a breath, a quick check-in.

We look at what emerged—feelings, symbols, patterns—at your pace.
You leave with something concrete: insight, calm, or a small next step.
These answers reduce anxiety and increase bookings more than you’d think.
No. Paint therapy isn’t about skill or “pretty results.” It’s about expression, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.
That’s normal. I can offer gentle prompts, or we can begin with simple colors and shapes. The “not knowing” is part of the process.
It depends on how you frame the work. Some clients use sessions therapeutically; others use it as creative coaching. If you have a clinical diagnosis or need medical support, I can help you find the right professional resources.
Typically [60–90 minutes]. We can adjust based on your needs and energy.
